BIM-BASED DESIGN

Building Information Modeling is the new frontier of integrated construction design, with BIM-based software is possible to create a digital model of the building to collect and share its data with maximum optimization, integration and precision. Thanks to years of experience we are able to work and manage integrated construction projects with BIM based softwares. Collaboration and integration are key elements of BIM-based design, that's why we work in cooperation with other professionals and design firms to apply this working process to projects, competitions and tenders.

NICOLA ISETTA

Nicola Isetta graduated in March 2008 in “Scienze dell’architettura” at IUAV in Venice. In September 2008 he moved to The Netherlands to study at Delft University of Technology. Here he obtained the Master of Science in Architecture Urbanism and Building Science in 2011. From 2011 to 2014 he worked for Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners in Milan, taking part to several Italian and international projects. Since 2011 he collaborates with Paola Rebellato in Montebelluna.
Since 2021 he is LEED® Green Associate™ see credential ► and BIM Manager certified by ICMQ according to UNI 11337-7, the italian standard for BIM see credential ►.

PAOLA REBELLATO

Paola Rebellato graduated in 1989 at IUAV in Venice and opened the studio in Montebelluna. She had several working experiences with colleagues, realizing urban and architectural projects. She took part as expert consultant in environmental goods to several building commissions in Treviso province. She attended the sustainable architecture courses: ANAB Part A in 2006, Part B in 2007. Since 2011 she works together with Nicola Isetta in Montebelluna, developing urban, architecture, restoration and refurbishment projects.
