The renovation of a single-family house built in the early fifties in an elegant residential district of Montebelluna (Treviso, Italy) becomes the opportunity to rediscover materials and details of the Italian rationalism reinterpreted in a contemporary key. The travertine base, the wide oak covered roof soffit and the clean windows openings with side-jamb-built-in folding shutters characterize the main façade on the tree-lined street.
