The project involves the restoration of a building from the 1900s in the historical center of Crocetta del Montello to transform it in a café with an apartment for the managers on the first floor. The building was an old grocery with an apartment of the owner on the first floor. On ground floor south-side there is now the main room of the café with the old grocery counter restored as bar. On north-side we have a small kitchen, storage and toilets.

In front of the entrance the old steel canopy was rebuilt to be used as outside space for the café. On basement floor there was the old storage with original stone tank for oil, this space has been maintained for the public as a second room for the café. On first floor  an apartment with three bedrooms for the manager.
