The project involves the refurbishment and reorganization of a luxury apartment block from 1920s in the historical center of Valdobbiadene (TV). The building has a main three-storey high block where there was an apartment for each floor and a one-storey garage attached to it. The ground and first floor were partially joined to have a unique residence with the living area on ground floor, the night area with three bedrooms on part of the first floor and garden with independent entrance.
