The project involves the transformation in one-family residence of a 1900's building in the historical center of Valdobbiadene. The three-storey pitched roof building had two apartments - one on the first and one on the second floor - with garage on the ground floor and an exterior independent stair to reach the second-floor apartment. The intervention reorganized the space joining the two apartments in one singular house with living area on the second floor, night area on the first floor and service spaces on the ground floor.

The north exterior stair was demolished to recompose and give unity to the volume, the windows on the north elevation were reordered and aligned. An interior stair was built to connect the floors and the roof was rebuilt with wood visible structure. The residence in its final layout features: two garages, laundry and gym on the ground floor, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and studio on the first floor and on the third floor a big open-space loft with living room, kitchen, dining and a service toilet.
