The project embeds in the historical center redevelopment program planned in Cornuda from the 1999. The built volume of 29.000 m³ comprise restored buildings and newly built, demolishing low value buildings and brought to a total reappraise of the historical center. Remarkable was the urban redesign of the area with a new square and new parking areas.

Furthermore, the intervention on the creek “Ru Bianco” with a bridge created an access to another small square and an overlook point for the town's bell tower. On the south-side of the creek a wide green area and parking.  In designing the buildings public routing and spaces were central together with a harmonic composition of the volumes. The main 1.400 m² square was designed on two main axes. The square is surrounded by buildings with different heights and alignments to break the continuity of the facades and make the whole volume lighter. The style and typology are a reinterpretation of the typical buildings of the historical center. The whole intervention obtained a B Class energy performance certificate and one building obtained the A Class and Gold Class.
