2011 schematic design
The project redevelops the area of an old industrial warehouse on the hills of Maser (Treviso) to create 10 new houses with terraced garden. The houses develop in four groups each one on a different level to follow the natural slop of the hill. All the houses have two storey and underground garage to maintain the area green and pedestrian as much as possible. Two typologies have been developed with living area on ground floor and night area with two or three bedrooms on first floor.
